Athena members are the top leaders in their industry. They are VP or above at commercial entities with $100M in revenue or more. At large enterprises, Athena members may be senior director or above. Athena women are also experienced board directors, partners or associates at investment firms, and CEOs building companies for scale.
Use Athena as you would an executive search firm, for a fraction of the cost. Our fees range from $10,000 to $75,000. You only pay Athena if you choose a board candidate or board advisor who we’ve introduced you to or referred to you.
Use our “Free Opportunity Posting” model to share your board director role or CxO role directly with Athena members at no cost. You set the match level, relevant submissions come directly to your inbox.
